Lizzie takes place in the near future, perhaps around 2020. It tells the story of a brilliant student who is amongst the first class in the new Artificial Construct Architecture program at CSU.

An Artificial Construct is a little like an artificial intelligence but it is a lot harder to develop because it requires building a suitable artificial personality to help solve the uncertainties. As a result, students must both study computer programming and psychology, two subjects which usually do not combine well.

But this is all interesting for Lizzie who loves getting closer to people and trying to apply her social skill to make computers easier to use. Picture Lizzie as a free-loving modern bisexual geek who seems to have a peculiar interest in knowing what other people are hiding.

The lead character is a long way from home for the first time in her life and ends up with a sophomore roommate (Kylie) majoring in sociology because of her apparent inability to trust people and her need to understand them.

Lizzie quickly develops an affection for her closed-up room-mate and tries to seduce her into sharing her bed.

To up the ante, Lizzie discovers that Kylie in into an obscure secret society and Lizzie tries to know more about it despite Kylie’s reluctance.

Will Kylie resist her advances or will she eventually embrace them ? Will Lizzie get to find out more about the people her room mate runs with ?

If you read ANY of my stories, you can already know that yes, both girls end up sleeping together and with a bunch of other people of both genders. Expect the secret society to have lots of sex…

The story is written in the first person and will alternate with Pets on Wednesdays. The first chapter will be published on Wednesday August 18th 2010.

This sounds even more amazing with the new description. I can’t wait to read more about it !

I love college fiction which is partly why I read Tales of MU.

Your story Pets is good but features little actual college time, which is a little disappointing.
